Generally we never have any issues, but this past visit was not a comfortable one for me or my child. My child needed a tooth removed and wasn't given any numbing agent until it was time to pull which mean my child felt every needle prick and tooth pulling. As soon as the Dr. Came in is when she applied the cream for less than a min in the area that needed attention then the needle right after the cream with out allowing the cream to numb 1st then go in with a needle then wait for that numbing agent to kick in then pull the tooth. I was not happy at all about this visit especially the patient my child. My child was already feeling anxiety on the way there and sitting in the chair then this happened. Which will make my childs future appts more difficult.

Perry Jefferies, DDS and Associates PA This review is for the Raleigh location. DO NOT take your kids here. I would give them negative stars if I could. I can only imagine what the doctors at this location are like with such rude and disrespectful staff as company etiquette flows from the top down. They employ rude receptionists who transfer calls without notification and refuse to answer questions regarding their practice or doctor’s credentials. After calling I decided to read reviews online, and, looking back I wish I had consulted reviews first because there is a reason every locations' reviews are subpar. I still wonder what this dental office is trying to hide. If you'd like to know more details, then feel free to read on. We were referred to Perry Jefferies, DDS and Associates PA, the Raleigh location, for our kid’s dental needs by our pediatrician. Upon reviewing their website and not finding any staff credentials, I called to obtain more information. Upon answering the call, the receptionist assumed I wanted to make an appointment, without verifying our insurance was accepted, and immediately wanted to take my kids medial background and schedule an appointment.

The staff is very nice. The office is beautifully design and caters to children. Th e dentists are amazing in caring fort he.patients

I have been coming to this dentist office for almost 20 years for both of my boys! That says a lot, I appreciate their consistency, flexibility, and professionalism. It has definitely been a delight and I am confident that when I go they treat my son with gentleness and empathy. What more could a mother ask for!
